How to Book
Simply click on Prices/Availability to be taken to our online availability chart, which shows you when the property is available and how much your stay will cost.
Once you have found an available start date to suit you, simply click upon the date and you will be asked to fill in and submit a simple online form about your requirements.
Once we have received the booking request we will provisionally book the flat. We will confirm the booking to you via e-mail or telephone. Internet bookings will be held for four working days, once we have attempted to contact you, to allow for receipt of a deposit payment. We encourage you to pay on line but do accept payment by cheque. Please quote booking reference number in either case.
If you prefer to book by telephone and send the booking form in the post, please ring us on +44 (0)1794 885 920 and then download our booking form and send it to us along with your deposit cheques.
We ask for a deposit of 25% of the full cost, with the balance due 28 days prior to the holiday.
Telephone bookings will be held for four working days to allow for receipt of a booking form and deposit.
The Small Print
If you unfortunately have to cancel your holiday you will still be liable for the full cost. However, if we manage to re-let the property we will refund the amount paid less the deposit. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
Non payment of a deposit or balance due by the specified date will be assumed to be a cancellation.
We ask that you consider the comfort and enjoyment of other guests and we reserve the right to ask visitors to leave where their behaviour is detrimental.
The number of people in the flat must not exceed five except for children under two.
During quieter periods short breaks of three nights or more are available and may generally start and finish on any day of the week (except for Christmas and New Year).
